Although the apartment is located in a lively and charming district, the windows overlook a quieter, one-way street, lined with cafés, restaurants, and boutique shops.
Being in a traditional Parisian building, it is possible to hear neighboring footsteps. For this reason, the apartment is not recommended for families with small children who run, to avoid disturbing the peace of the building.

🏡 Guest Access

The entire apartment is available for guests throughout their stay.

Check-in is done autonomously at the key pick-up point, located 200 meters from the apartment. Self check-in is available until 2:00 AM, until the pick-up point closes. Otherwise, in-person check-in is available for a one-time additional fee of 30 EUR. The request for in-person check-in can be made later, but must be communicated no later than 5 days before the stay.

📜 Booking Rules

To confirm the reservation, a 50 EUR deposit is required. The remaining amount is payable in cash in EUR, via Revolut in EUR or instant bank transfer in EUR upon arrival.
