Additional Paid Services Applicable to Reservations
Late Check-in: A supplement of €20 will be applied for check-ins after 9 p.m., to be selected before finalizing the reservation. If your arrival time is not yet determined, the late check-in supplement will be added at the time of your arrival.
Animals: If you plan to bring animals, please note that an additional fee will be applied by the owner. This supplementary charge should be selected before finalizing the reservation request.
Additional Person: If you wish to include an additional person in your reservation, please choose the "Additional Options" for an extra person before finalizing the reservation request.
Reservation Policy
Rates:
Displayed rates are subject to variations based on the booking period and the number of persons. Price fluctuations may occur for the same period due to real-time adjustments aligned with the market.
Children under 2 years old enjoy complimentary stays and do not need to be included in the reservation. However, please inform us of the presence of a baby during your booking.
Children aged 2 and above are considered full-fledged travelers.
Check-in & Check-out:
Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM. Subject to availability, arrangements can be made for early check-in or late check-out.
Confirmation of Reservation:
Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email. This email contains all the details of the reservation, along with useful tips to make your stay in Paris as enjoyable as possible.
No Cancellation on Our Part:
Once the reservation is confirmed, you are assured of guaranteed accommodation in Paris.
In the event of your cancellation:
If you cancel earlier than one week before your scheduled stay, a payment of 50% of the total stay amount, fees included, will be required. If you cancel less than a one week of your stay, 70% of the total stay amount will be required. Any payments already made will be deducted from the percentage of the outstanding amount.
